How long does a job or job assignment last?
We place individuals through one of three basic arrangements:
- Temporary or “temp.” This is just like it sounds: it involves placing an individual in a position on temporary basis.
- Temp-to-Perm. This enables both the associate-employee and the client-employer to evaluate the relationship after working together awhile. Following a pre-determined period of time, the client-employer may extend an offer for a full-time position to the associate-employee, who can then either accept or decline it.
- Direct hire. In this situation, a company hires Baron Transport to recruit an individual to fill a full-time position with the client company.
